My other family members had 2-3 cups of matcha on entire day , while 1 cup was before bed time which was completely wrong and it did had a bad effect on the sleep cycle they were unable to sleep at night after having matcha before bed it does cause some sort of insomnia if had before going to bed.



So it’s not advised to have matcha before going to bed as it does causes insomnia, burning sensation in chest as it did happened with us.



While the one who had more then 3 cups of matcha on the entire day had constipation so it again not advertised to consume matcha in empty stomach as it might lead to upset stomach and you should not consume more then 3 cups on entire day.
